Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the electronic components you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original anti-static packaging and protective shielding to ensure no damage occurs to the sensitive circuitry during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the integrity of the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
