How do you ensure products are not damaged during shipping?
All orders are shipped with protective film on both sides of the plastic to prevent scratches. We use custom-fitted industrial foam packaging and heavy-duty corrugated boxes to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition.
Can I request custom laser cutting for my project?
Absolutely. We provide precision CNC routing and laser cutting services. You can upload your CAD files (DWG or DXF) through our custom order portal for a personalized quote.
What is your return policy for custom-cut electronics covers?
Standard stocked items can be returned within 30 days. However, custom-cut or engraved items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or a deviation from the provided specifications.
